Fabric Details

The dress is made in Cotton Silk with Patola print.

About the fabric -

Cotton silk with patola print is a fabric that combines the natural comfort and breathability of cotton with the luxurious texture and shine of silk, and is decorated with patola print, a traditional weaving technique that originated in Gujarat, India. The designs are created by weaving different coloured threads into the fabric, often using a double ikat technique. The resulting fabric has a beautiful, intricate design that is visible on both sides of the fabric. The combination of cotton and silk provides a balance between durability and elegance, and the patola print adds a touch of cultural heritage to the fabric.
