However, we are pleased to exchange your purchase that is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags, within 7 days from the date of delivery, for a different size or style. We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return. Item should be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags. - Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image/video of the item
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions to return your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted
- All refunds happens via Bank Transfer (it takes 12-15 working days) , post return is accepted
